If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have extra rolls left over, you may return them to us within 30 days for 100% refund, less shipping. Should we agree to accept a return after 30 days, there will be a 30% restocking charge. All returns of special order goods must be within 30 days and will incur a 30% restocking charge. Returned goods must be in original condition and unopened. Please insure your shipment, since we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged shipments to us.

If product is defective, we will either replace it or give you a full refund including shipping charges, but we will not be responsible for any labor costs. You must return any defective product before we can give you a replacement or a refund.
