Orders will be processed promptly. We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order. If we are out of stock on an item we will place it on back order and notify you.

You may order on line with our secure Shopping Cart. We accept Visa,MasterCard,Discover and American Express credit cards. The on-line order form is easy to use. On the last page of the order form,you will have the choice to cancel or to place the order.

You may also mail in your order. Just write out the quantity, item # and description for each item you want. Include your name,shipping address and telephone number. You may pay by check,money order or credit card. Mail it to us at:

Payments by check: please allow 10 business days for check to clear before we can ship your order.

NON-STOCKED ITEMS:

We are able to special order borders and wallpapers that we do not stock. Call or email us with the book name and pattern number or page number. We will then give you a price quote.

US SHIPPING:

We normally ship by Priority Mail or UPS GROUND in the US. Next day or second day shipping is available at extra cost. Contact us for details. No handling charge is added to your order. Shipping rates in the table below are based on the amount of your purchase. Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii may NOT be shown on the order form but WILL be added to your final invoice.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Shipping to Canada, UK and many other countries is also available at extra cost. Shipping charges may NOT be shown on the order form but WILL be added to your final invoice. We will email you the amount of the shipping charges for your approval before we ship your order. Our normal shipping method for International orders is Air Letter Post. If the shopping cart does not accept your order, please email us for a price quote. We are not responsible for custom charges, taxes or tariffs imposed by another country.

RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have extra rolls left over, you may return them to us within 30 days for 100% refund, less shipping. Should we agree to accept a return after 30 days, there will be a 30% restocking charge. All returns of special order goods must be within 30 days and will incur a 30% restocking charge. Returned goods must be in original condition and unopened. Please insure your shipment, since we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged shipments to us.

If product is defective, we will either replace it or give you a full refund including shipping charges, but we will not be responsible for any labor costs. You must return any defective product before we can give you a replacement or a refund.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax will be charged to addresses in Illinois. There is no sales tax charged outside of Illinois.

IMAGES:

Most images can be enlarged simply by clicking on them. This will show much more detail. Color accuracy of images cannot be guaranteed, due to variations in monitors. Wallcovering samples should be ordered if in doubt.

RUN NUMBERS:

In addition to the pattern number, wallpaper and borders have another number associated with them called a 'run number', 'lot number' or 'dye lot number'. When a new batch of a pattern is produced it will be identified with a new run number. There is often a color variation from one run number to another. Therefore it is important to order enough rolls of a pattern to avoid the possibility of having to reorder later and then getting a different run number which might not look exactly the same as what you previously received.

Borders are prepasted and are 15 feet long,unless otherwise noted.

Wallpaper is prepasted,unless otherwise noted. Both SINGLE roll and DOUBLE roll pricing is shown for comparison purposes. However, wallpaper is packaged and sold by the DOUBLE roll only. Note also that a standard European roll of wallpaper is equivalent to what in the U.S. is called a DOUBLE roll.
